Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK base.
We charge shipping per item

Processing time: 5–7 working days before dispatch

Delivery time: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on Royal Mail or courier service

Delivery provider: Royal Mail (or a similar courier service depending on order size and location)
Please note that during busy periods — such as holidays, sales, or restocks — processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website or social media pages when available
Order Processing
All orders are handmade and packed with care.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3–5 working days, not including weekends or bank holidays.
Once dispatched, delivery time is typically 3–5 working days within the UK.
If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped together in one parcel where possible to reduce packaging waste.
Delays and Issues
While we do our best to meet the stated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Severe weather or seasonal demand
We are not responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail or the courier.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include your order number and photos of any damage if applicable.
We will work with Royal Mail or the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Address Errors
Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
